High School Credit Diploma

To earn this "traditional" diploma, you must earn 20 credits, including those you may have earned at your former high school. Wallingford High School offers small classes, online courses and independent diploma packets. When all credits are completed, of which four must be in English, three in mathematics, two in science, and three in social studies (including U.S. history and civics), a diploma will be awarded.

Wallingford High School is open to all people who are at least 16 years or older, do not hold a high school diploma, and are no longer officially enrolled in high school.

For more information about this diploma option, please call Diana Yates-Toman, our  Adult Education Guidance Staff at The Learning Center, Monday through Friday at (203) 294-3900. Or e-mail the HSCD Coordinator at DYates@wallingford.k12.ct.us.
