Medical Terminology for the Serious Student - This course will unlock the mysteries of the medical language for all students who wish to communicate effectively in a medical career. This more detailed vocabulary is needed for coding.

Medical Billing and Coding: - This course is designed for individuals interested in the growing field of medical billing. The student will learn how to read ICD 10 CM and CPT coding and apply this knowledge to complete medical forms (CMS-1500). 


Computerized Medical Office: This course uses SimChart to teach Electronic Health Record theory and application. After completing this course, students will be able to transfer their knowledge to similar office computer programs.

Classroom instruction is held Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30-8:30 pm from at Mark T. Sheehan High School. Required textbooks approximately $300.00. A pretest, interview and high school diploma are required for approval into this program.
