Carol has worked for Wallingford Adult Education since 1976 as an ESL teacher and coordinator of the ESL program. In 1992 she received an Adult Educator Award from CAACE for outstanding achievement in adult education programs.

In addition to teaching and coordinating the ESL program, Carol is also a Program Facilitator. In that capacity she is responsible for all ESL student achievement testing and its inclusion in the Connecticut Adult Reporting System.
