Rosanne Bilodeau is currently teaching in the Adult Education Family Literacy Program. She teaches parents and students at EC Stevens, Cook Hill, and Highland elementary schools.

She graduated from SCSU with a BS in Early Childhood Education and a MA in Reading. She also completed her sixth year of studies from Anna Maria College. Rosanne has taught for 30 years as a pre-k through grade 2 teacher. While at Highland school, she participated in the BEST Program as a cooperating and mentor teacher. In 1998, Rosanne was honored as the Wallingford Teacher of the Year.

After a few years of retirement, she is so very pleased to be teaching now in the Adult Family Literacy Program. Rosanne enjoys reading, sewing, golf, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
