Adult Basic Education (ABE)

ABE classes improve fundamental academic skills and/or can help prepare an adult to earn a high school diploma. The classes help to sharpen English expression, reading, spelling, writing, and math skills. Students work with computers, audio-visual material and printed text. You will learn in one-to-one and small group environments and you may join any of these classes anytime during the semester.

DAYTIME CLASSES

Location: Adult Learning Center (Train Station)
37 Hall Avenue
Time: Monday – Thursday
9:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Registration: You may join anytime during the semester.
(allow one hour for registration)
Start Date: Tuesday, January 17 
Each session runs for a minimum of 14 weeks

EVENING CLASSES

Location: Adult Learning Center (Train Station)

Time: Tuesday and Thursday
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Registration: You may join anytime during the semester.
(allow one hour for registration)
Start Date: Tuesday, January 17
