Medical Terminology for the Serious Student

This course will unlock the mysteries of the medical language for all students who wish to communicate effectively in a medical career. This more detailed vocabulary is needed for coding.

Medical Billing and Coding

This course is designed for individuals interested in the growing field of medical billing. The student will learn how to translate ICD 10 CM, and CPT coding. You will apply this knowledge to complete medical forms (CMS-1500).

Computerized Medical Office

This course uses SimChart to teach Electronic Health Record theory and application. After completing this course, students will be able to transfer their knowledge to similar office computer programs.

Entrance Requirements: High school diploma, entrance tests, and interview
There is a $35 non refundable fee for testing and application.

Books: Approximately $300 (3 books and 2 online subscriptions)

Tuition – Wallingford residents* $900

Tuition – Non-residents* $925

*Tuition must be paid in full before first class begins. There will be no refunds after first class meeting.
