Pam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from UCONN, and a Master's of Arts and Liberal Studies from Wesleyan University. She also holds a State of Connecticut Teaching Certificate in ABE/EDP and is a certified instructor in Google Apps For Education.

Pam is passionate about helping people learn how to use technology and has been teaching at Wallingford Adult Education since 1998. She offers technology support to students in ABE, GED, NEDP, STEM and Summer ESL classes.

In 2011, Pam was awarded the Renee B. Fisher Educator of the Year Award from Connecticut Adult and Continuing Education Association (CAACE).
