Rita Kovacs joined Wallingford Adult Education in Fall 2019. She has been teaching English as a second language for over 15 years, first as a Literacy Volunteer in Meriden, and later at Gateway Community College as an adjunct instructor of ESL writing / integrated skills and speech communication at the low and intermediate ESL levels.
